What matters most in vulnerabilities? Key term extraction for CVE-to-CWE mapping with LLMs

This work explores whether extracting only the most informative terms from vulnerability descriptions improves CVE-to-CWE mapping. It evaluates LLM-assisted key term extraction as a way to reduce noise and improve automated classification.
